Job summary

Agape Care Group in Rutherfordton, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift to provide compassionate hospice care. You’ll visit patients, perform routine nursing tasks under RN supervision, and communicate with families and the care team to ensure comfort and dignity.

• Conduct patient visits and provide routine hospice nursing care under RN supervision.

• Document care provided and patient status in charting systems.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
