Job summary

ACG Hospice in Lexington, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time night shift (7pm-7am) to provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care under RN supervision. You will conduct patient visits, deliver routine nursing care, and collaborate with the care team and families to ensure comfort and dignity for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN license, 2+ years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting; hospice experience preferred
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift 80-100 lbs and assist patients as needed

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
