Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care facility in East Boston. The role focuses on overnight care and collaborative support with RNs and leadership to elevate resident care.

We offer competitive pay with double shifts, a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs, comprehensive benefits, PTO and sick leave, and flexible weekend/holiday availability in a convenient East Boston location.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts LPN license is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and support to residents during overnight hours.
• Observe, monitor, and document resident health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with RNs, Unit Managers, and the care team.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition; maintain documentation and compliance.
• Foster a safe, professional, resident-centered overnight environment.
