Arch Vista in St. Louis, MO is seeking an LPN to join our psych units, delivering hands-on care that helps patients feel seen, safe, and supported. You’ll bring steady energy, teamwork, and clinical competence to our busiest hours.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; CPI/PMAB or equivalent de-escalation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused assessments; report changes promptly to the RN/Provider.
• Administer medications (including long-acting injectables); perform wound care and routine treatments.
• Support crisis intervention with therapeutic communication, grounding techniques, and milieu management.
• Assist with admissions, belongings searches, vitals, labs, and discharge readiness.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reinforce patient/family education.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
