Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the healthcare needs of patients with special medical requirements.
• Administer medications and medical procedures as directed by physicians.
• Provide first aid within the scope of licensure (following American Red Cross and Department of Health guidelines).
• Maintain accurate health records and medical documentation.
• Assist with health screenings and maintain results logs.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Perform additional nursing duties under the Nurse Practice Act.

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Practical Nurse (LPN) for opportunities in Tennessee (TN), Pennsylvania (PA), Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA), and North Carolina (NC). The LPN will provide outpatient medical services in-home or school settings, including private residences and independent living facilities.
