Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Parma is hiring a PRN LPN

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care and coordinating care delivery within their scope of practice. This ensures residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines.

Job Requirements

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted); full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation.
