This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care and coordinating care delivery within their scope of practice. This ensures residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines.
