Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Yardley is hiring a PRN LPN

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver care, coordinating care delivery within scope of practice, and ensuring that residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred.
  • License: Must possess a valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted).
  • Full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
