Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Kenwood is hiring a PNR LPN
This LPN position is a staff role with direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties over caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care, coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, and ensures residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and legal guidelines.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push, pull, and lift objects up to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted; capable of using gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
