Qualifications

• Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing including dementia care
• Valid and current LPN/LVN license

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation
