Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Warminster (located in Hatboro) is hiring a full-time LPN with a $10,000 Sign-on bonus.

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care, coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, and ensures residents’ needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN license in the state
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation.
