Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med Surg unit in Lewiston, Maine. The role covers bedside care, monitoring patients, and supporting care plans on a night shift schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications, and a current BLS. One year of Med Surg experience is required, with weekly pay and strong clinical support from premiere partners.

• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• One year of LPN Med Surg experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment.
• Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes.
• Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws.
• Support care plans and patient throughput.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
• Document care in EMR/EHR systems.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.

Overview:

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Location: Lewiston, Maine

Department: Med Surg

Shifts Available: Nights

Pay: up to $1,680 - $2,100 gross pay per week; equivalent to $40.00–$50.00 per hour.

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

• One (1) year of LPN Med Surg experience required.

This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
