Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med-Surg unit in Lewiston, Maine. Nights, 12-week assignment with weekly pay. Responsibilities include bedside care, monitoring patients, IV therapy, and collaboration with RNs and doctors.

Requirements: LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications, BLS, and 1 year of Med-Surg experience. Competitive weekly pay and dedicated career support provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• One year of LPN Med Surg experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment.
• Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes.
• Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws.
• Support care plans and patient throughput.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
• Document care in EMR/EHR systems.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.

Pay: up to $1,680 - $2,100 gross pay per week; equivalent to $40.00–$50.00 per hour.
