Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty home care. You will deliver compassionate nursing services to patients in their homes and maintain electronic documentation via a tablet provided by Aveanna.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), with local support and opportunities for skill advancement. Boarded by a national leader in home healthcare.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality private duty home nursing care to patients.
• Document care using Aveanna's tablet for electronic records.
