Job summary

HumanGood seeks an LPN to join our Boise community. You’ll deliver nursing care to residents, align daily tasks with our person-directed care philosophy, and coordinate with care partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating assignments, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting resident satisfaction while collaborating with the broader team. Prior long-term care experience and Idaho LPN licensure are preferred; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of applying (Idaho).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Description

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Base Wages $30-38/hr depending on experience + shift differentials for evening and overnight positions. New LPN Grads Welcome to Apply!

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior skilled nursing, acute, or long-term care nursing experience preferred
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
