The role requires Georgia licensure, CPR within 30 days, and a valid driver''s license with vehicle insurance. Prior hospice or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational schooling with up to 2 years of specialty training.
• At least 1 year of related LPN experience; acute care preferred.
• Georgia LPN license or multistate nursing license.
• CPR/Healthcare Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver''s license and vehicle insurance.
