Tanner Resource Center-C0051 is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for hospice care on days, PRN. You will identify patient and family needs and provide clinical care per physician orders and the hospice plan of care.

Requires a Texas LPN license (Georgia LPN acceptable if licensed in multi-state). CPR within 30 days, driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a valid state license are required. On-site position with no remote work.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
• A minimum of one year experience as a LPN in an acute care setting preferred.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Dependable automobile
• Experience in Hospice preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify patient and family needs and provide clinical care in accordance with physicians orders and the plan of care within Hospice policies and procedures.
• Follow the plan of care and Hospice policies and procedures.
• Shift: 1st/Days, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm as needed.
