Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking an LPN to assume responsibility for identifying patient family needs and for providing clinical care in accordance with physicians orders and plan of care within the policies and procedure of Hospice Care.

Required are one year of related experience, Georgia LPN or multistate license, BLS within 30 days of hire, driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Technical or vocational schooling with up to 2 years specialty training is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience; working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License.
• Driver's License and vehicle insurance.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient family needs and provide clinical care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Follow Hospice Care policies and procedures.

• A minimum of one (1) year experience as a LPN in an acute care setting preferred.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Dependable automobile
• Experience in Hospice preferred
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
