Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Arizona.
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or MedSurg a plus).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
