Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Medicare home health team serving Florida patients. As a PRN Home Health LPN, you will provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, perform assessments, administer medications, educate families, and document care in the EMR while collaborating with a supervising RN and multidisciplinary team.

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Summary
