Job summary

Solaris HealthCare College Park in Orlando, FL is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a supportive team providing quality care at our 730 Courtland St location. Shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include admissions, medication administration, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• LPN license required by the State of Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborate with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
