Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Celebration in Kissimmee, FL is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care to residents. The role requires state LPN licensure and CPR certification, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualified candidates will participate in admissions, medications management, infection control, and interdisciplinary collaboration, under Florida AHCA background screening.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State is required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
