Job summary

Solaris HealthCare East Orlando seeks licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our care team at 250 South Chickasaw Trail, Orlando, FL 32825. We offer a full-time and part-time staffing structure with competitive benefits and shift differentials.

You will provide compassionate, personalized care, work with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents in admissions, medications, and daily routines. Licensed practical nurses must be state-licensed with CPR certification; two years of nursing

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
