Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital Zachary is seeking Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for night shifts to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting. Nurses will deliver direct and indirect care, collaborate with physicians, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, reporting changes promptly, and performing nursing duties across departments under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Louisiana LPN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services meeting psychosocial, physical, and general care needs.
• Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition or treatment and perform general nursing duties across departments as needed.
