Job summary

Southern Health Partners seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Cabarrus County Jail in Concord, NC. You will provide direct patient care in a secure, structured setting and perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and providers.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina LPN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
