Job summary

Mountain Top Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring LPNs for our long-term care team. On-site role with flexible schedules and new incentives shared during interview. We welcome GPNs and compact license holders to apply, with daily pay options through Tapcheck and multiple shift options.

You will provide nursing care under RN/physician guidance, collaborate with CNAs and families, and ensure residents are safe and well cared for. On-site positions with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• PA LPN license or GPN license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative nurses who care about their residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician.
• Work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers.
• Help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
• Medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
