Job summary

Oak Ridge Rehabiliation and Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team on-site. GPNs and compact license holders are welcome to apply.

We offer multiple schedules including full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend options, with daily pay through Tapcheck. You will provide direct nursing care under supervision, administer medications, document care, perform resident assessments, and support charge nurse duties when assigned.

Qualifications

• PA LPN license or GPN license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative nurses who care about their residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician.
• Work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
• Medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
