What You Will Do (At a Glance)

As an LPN at Chestnut Hill RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
