Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our long-term care unit on-site. We welcome Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) and compact license holders to apply, with flexible schedules and daily pay options.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under supervision, administer medications, document care, and participate in resident assessments while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• PA LPN license or GPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician.

What You Will Do (At a Glance)

As an LPN at Cedarwood RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• PA LPN license or GPN license (required)

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
