Job summary

Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for long-term care on-site. Graduate Practical Nurses and Compact license holders are welcome to apply.

You will provide nursing care under an RN/physician, handle medications and treatments, document assessments, and may take charge nurse duties as needed. Full-time, part-time, and weekend options available.

Qualifications

• PA LPN license or GPN license (required)
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, collaborative nurses who care about their residents

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician
• Perform medication administration and treatments, documentation, and resident assessments
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned

What You Will Do (At a Glance)

As an LPN at Cedarwood RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
