Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL seeks a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse for the 7:00 AM-3:00 PM day shift. You will support multiple units, providing high-quality nursing care where needed.

Requirements include an AL LPN license in good standing, current CPR/BLS, and experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs, document care, and promote resident safety and comfort.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse to join our nursing team on the 7:00 AM-3:00 PM day shift.

As an LPN Float Nurse, you'll support nursing units throughout the facility based on resident and staffing needs. LPN Float Nurse Responsibilities
