About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team. As an LPN, you’ll provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following individualized care plans and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of comfort and support. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver care that meets physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.

• Current LPN license in Virginia.

• CPR certification and at least two years of nursing experience (community health, hospice, or medical-surgical preferred).

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
