Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the nursing team.
• Follow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with care planning and discharge planning.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and dignity.
