Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the day shift in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This role offers daily pay, strong leadership support, and opportunities for professional growth.

The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as an LPN on day shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Accurately document nursing care in the EMR.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies.
