Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Active MO LPN license and CPR/BLS are required, with preference for SNF/rehab experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies.
