Job summary

Rehab of Kansas City South is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our evening shift team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care and collaboration with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document accurately, and participate in care planning while upholding state and facility standards. Competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Complete accurate nursing documentation

• Follow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards

LPN Requirements

• Current, valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing excellent resident care
