Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks an LVN/LPN for the Emergency Services Department.

The role is full-time with evening hours (11a–11:30p), rotating weekends and holidays, offering a $31.00–$40.00 hourly range and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, ensure safety, comfort, and an enhanced patient experience, while meeting state requirements and maintaining competencies such as IV and BW certifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN or LVN license required.
• IV and BW certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.3.
