Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care - Sign On Bonus

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles in ECC Emergency Care.

Shifts available: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

New nurse graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome! We provide comprehensive training, orientation, and support. Join a supportive work environment led by an engaged management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medication according to physician orders and care plans
• Submit pharmacy orders and document all information accurately
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Perform basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid and food intake/output
• Report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist in the admissions process as directed
