Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care - Sign On Bonus

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. Shifts available are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Perform resident/patient treatments
• Administer medications as per physician’s orders and Plan of Care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Document and record all resident information accurately
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate conditions to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians
• Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Perform basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid and food intake/output
• Report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist with admissions process as directed
