Job Details

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles, with shifts from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conducting resident treatments
• Administering medications per physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submitting pharmacy orders and documenting all information accurately
• Administering injections and observing resident health to communicate conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Monitoring vital signs, wound care, managing IVs, and observing resident incidents
• Assisting with admissions and other duties as directed
