Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care - Sign On Bonus

Job Details

We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available. Shifts are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

New nurse graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome! We provide comprehensive training, orientation, and support. Join a supportive work environment led by an engaged management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medications as per physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Document and record all resident information accurately
• Administer injections and medications as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Perform basic wound care and manage IVs
• Monitor fluid and food intake/output
• Report accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist in the admissions process as directed
