Job summary

Serenity Spring Senior Living Scandia Village in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for open day shifts. This role performs nursing duties within LPN scope and administers medications per policy.

The position emphasizes teamwork with the nursing staff and adaptability to daily clinical changes. A WI LPN license and accredited school completion are required; experience is preferred.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

LPN Open Shifts:

• Day (6am-2:30pm )
• Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available

LPN POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
• Strong LPN skills required
• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
• Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
• Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of WI
• Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year
• Required license or certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN
