Serenity Spring Senior Living at Jasonville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Part-time Days and Full-time Evening shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

This skilled nursing facility provides sub-acute care, rehabilitation, and comprehensive nursing services in a supportive environment. In this role you will administer medications and treatments, work closely with the nursing team, and ensure HIPAA compliance while protecting residents' rights

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current LPN license in the State of PA.
• 1 year nursing experience recommended.

• Part-time Dayshift and Full-time evening shift.

LPN POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
• Strong LPN skills required
• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
• Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
• Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA
• Required experiencefor Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year
