Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join Algoa Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff.

Qualified candidates must hold a Missouri LPN license with IV certification (or ability to obtain), CPR/BLS, and be able to obtain security clearance. Shift: Days, 7:00am–7:30pm with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license with IV Certification or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Algoa Correctional Center located in Jefferson City, Missouri.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications
