Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Potosi Correctional Center in Mineral Point, Missouri. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under supervision of RNs and medical staff.

The position offers a day shift, 40 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, retirement plan with company match, PTO and holidays, FSA, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RN and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
