Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Algoa Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. This role involves providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, working under the guidance of Registered Nurses.

The position requires a Missouri LPN license and current CPR certification. Shifts are during nights, 7:00 pm–7:30 am, with rotating weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available!

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license with IV Certification or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Corrections experience not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic nursing care within appropriate scope to incarcerated patients.
• Work under direction of Registered Nurses and medical staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Connaissances

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license with IV Certification or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift

Nights 7:00pm–7:30am for floor with rotating weekends.
