Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide licensed nursing services to residents in our community. This role requires 1+ year in senior care, an active LPN license, CPR certification, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities include medication administration, admissions assessments, care planning, and health-related consultations. You will respond to emergencies, document changes, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of experience in senior care or related field.
• English proficiency to communicate with supervisor and residents.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical system tracking (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the director.

• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• Discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Level of Formal Education: Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program

Area of Study: General nursing

Years of Experience: 1+ years

Type of Experience: Senior care or related field

Special Certifications: Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state in which they are practicing. Also, needs to be CPR Certified

Language Skills: Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
