Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is opening a brand new Assisted Living Community in the Lowcountry, and we’re hiring to get it off the ground. We built this place for the people who live here and the people who care for them.
We seek a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, high-quality nursing care, administer medications, mentor Med Techs and Nursing Assistants, and respond to emergencies with a resident-centered approach. Join a modern team with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care and physician orders in the EHR
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
- Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care
