Seafields by Bishop Gadsden on Kiawah Island is opening its brand-new Assisted Living neighborhood, and we are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to help shape the culture, connections, and daily experiences that define this community.

As part of our opening team, CNAs provide ADLs, personal care per care plans, assist during meals, build relationships with residents and families, document care, and collaborate with nurses in a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active South Carolina CNA Certification.
• Listed in good standing on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Providing personal care according to individualized care plans.
• Supporting residents during meals and dining experiences.

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition.
