Job summary

Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community is seeking an experienced LPN to serve as Resident Care Manager for the Myers Hall Assisted Living community. This full-time role provides clinical leadership, staff coaching, and oversight of resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold a South Carolina LPN license, have at least one year in long-term care or assisted living, and demonstrate strong EMR proficiency and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required.
• Minimum of 1 year in long-term care, assisted living, or senior care.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
