Bishop Gadsden is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as Resident Care Manager in Myers Hall Assisted Living. This full-time 7am–3pm role provides clinical leadership, oversees care teams, and ensures resident-centered care with regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, coordinate admissions and care planning, manage medications, and collaborate with physicians, hospice providers, and families to support resident needs in a compassionate, high-performing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year in long-term care, assisted living, or senior care.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Resident Care Manager to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and team development within our Myers Hall Assisted Living community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about leading care teams, coaching staff, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

What You Can Expect:

As the LPN Clinical Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader for our nursing and direct care teams by:

Requirements

What We Need In A Candidate:

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of long-term care, assisted living, or senior care experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
